The majority of the buildings, some 3,000 homes, have a sale price of less than 60,000 euros.

Bankia has put up for sale 4,000 homes throughout the country (We have not found any offer in the Balearic Islands) with discounts of up to 40%, of which the majority, about 3,000, have a sale price of less than 60,000 euros.

These homes, all second-hand, are located in provincial capitals, ‘bedroom’ towns and small towns and correspond to both urban and coastal real estate. The commercial offer, called ‘Pump prices’, will be open until next July 31.

The Valencian Community concentrates the majority of the houses offered, a thousand, distributed in the provinces of Valencia (620), Castellón (280) and Alicante (190).

Amongst them are a three-bedroom apartment in Gandia reduced to 50,944 euros from the initial 67,904; another of the same characteristics in Benicarló for 38,000 euros (compared to an initial price of 52,302 euros) and another three bedrooms and parking space in Castellón reduced from 108,416 euros to 65,647 euros.

In Catalunya there are some 900 homes, of which Tarragona has 367 properties, followed by Lleida, Girona and Barcelona with 283, 134 and 123 homes, respectively.The 800 properties offered in Castilla-La Mancha are located in the provinces of Toledo, with 400 properties, and Ciudad Real, with 180. These are followed by Cuenca, Guadalajara and Albacete, with 111, 74 and 49 homes in the field, respectively.

Finally, the offer in Andalucía, which amounts to 480 properties, is centered in the provinces of Almeria, with 230 homes, Cádiz, with 60, and Seville, with 50.
